Contact and Information regarding our opening

We have been informed by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, developer of the Westfield Hamburg Überseequartier, that the opening date for the quarter, and therefore also for Port des Lumières, on October 17 cannot be met. We have not yet been given a specific date for our opening. We very much regret that for this reason we are currently unable to communicate a new opening date for Port des Lumières. Unfortunately, we are dependent on the progress of the construction site and the information we receive from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield.

We thank you for your understanding and will of course inform you as soon as a new opening date has been set.

Already purchased tickets remain valid and can be exchanged online for a new date and time once the new opening date has been announced.

Gift tickets are still available. They can be purchased now and exchanged for a regular ticket with the date and time slot of your choice as soon as the new opening date has been set. This ticket will give you access to our coming exhibitions: Klimt, Hundertwasser & Journey.
